Each server should be configured as a Dual CPU or Dual-Core 1.8GHz+, 4GB RAM, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2

Client Requirements:

Intel®Pentium® IV or equivalent: 1GB RAM (2GB RAM for Windows Vista®)

Hard Disk Sizing Guidelines:

Application Server: minimum installation of ITSM: 10GB

Database Server

ITSM Demo Database: 200MB

Average per record (incident, problem, change, configuration): ~200KB

Average per record (inventory): ~500KB
