The FrontRange ITSM Visualization module is built on the Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to provide a leading-edge graphical business service modeling tool. With Visualization, IT can now be managed as a business service. These drag-and-drop tools allow users to create relationships between infrastructure items and design hierarchical business service models. The resulting service model gives IT visual alerts when an infrastructure component is impacting the business service. When the service-impacting IT component is pinpointed, IT can quickly react to restore the problematic hardware or software. With a business service view, IT resources can be focused on priority business services that present the highest risk to the business.
